Proactive Monitoring Services
Real-time System Monitoring
PC Network Services proactively monitors critical system information. We have designed a network monitoring system that will enable our staff to easily extract, review, and manage critical system information. We are automatically notified of any system anomalies. We address any issues that arise before they become a disruptive problem. Proactive Monitoring dramatically reduces system disruptions and on-site support costs while at the same time improving system performance.
Daily System Backup Report Monitoring
Backup is our most important disaster recovery precaution. System Backup reports are emailed to us daily and automatically sorted to immediately identify problems. We manually review each Client’s successful backup reports once per week to ensure that they are complete and notification has not stopped. As part of our Static System Statistics & Checklist we run a test restore and verify backup tape rotation. We are very serious about System backups.
Automated Anti-virus and Performance Maintenance
We design our computer systems to remotely monitor daily automatic maintenance tasks such as daily anti-virus scans, disk defragmentation, and disk clean-ups. These procedures run daily and ensure that your computer systems are running at optimum performance
